February 21, 2024	Ask MERLIN-SLU to change long term loans to be due May 17th, override and alter due dates of items due back after that time. (A proviso is libraries can agree to physically keep materials for patrons if both lender and borrower are aware of the circumstance.)
February 29, 2024	Standalone Libraries: Induction session for standalone libraries for OpenRS.
March 1, 2024	ALL Libraries: FAQ for transition between INN-Reach and OpenRS will be distributed to all libraries.
March 1, 2024	ALL Libraries: MOBIUS will run review files on the clusters to track what is outstanding (with regard to Prospector).
March 12, 2024	Standalone Libraries (Sierra and Polaris): OpenRS Training for standalone libraries.
March 15, 2024	Prospector labels removed from label maker w/note about the change.
	Bag return and tote return (ProMo totes held/stored - these are totes used between Colorado and Missouri that anyone outside of the courier network should not see).
March 23, 2024	Anything returned to Prospector but not cleared on your end should have the title, barcode, library it was borrowed from, and date returned sent to MOBIUS. This will be put into a report to be sent to Prospector. The items may then be cleared from your patron's records, you will not be liable for any losses.
March 29, 2024	HENRY Courier stops Goodland - KC linehaul
	Goodland holds materials that end up there.
	From now on, anything sent for Colorado is routed to MOBIUS office.
April 1, 2024	Internal reconciliation of Prospector materials, last round of lost item checks mailed out.
April 10, 2024	All Libraries moving to FOLIO: MCO will change Book institutional due dates to an absolute date of May 17th, no renewals. AV institutional already has no renewals. All Standalone Sierra and Polaris Libraries: Change Institutional Loan Rules. Instructions for standalone Sierra and Polaris libraries.
April 15, 2024	Prospector reconciliation, either mail or arrange special delivery.
April 17, 2024 (End of Day – After Midnight)	All Libraries moving to FOLIO: MCO will change local due dates to an absolute date of May 17th, no renewals. Change AV local due date to April 28th (normal 10 day no renewal). III removes all pickup locations. All Standalone Sierra Libraries: Change Institutional Loan Rules. Instructions for standalone Sierra libraries. (Note: Polaris libraries will no make any other changes until May 21st.) https://openrs.searchmobius.org will go live. https://searchmobius.org & https://classic.searchmobius.org will go offline and be redirected to https://openrs.searchmobius.org. Check the passthrough searches on the MOBIUS catalogs.
April 18, 2024	All Libraries: Cluster/INN-Reach circulation freeze. Last run of paging slips. All items put into transit by end of day. Items received can be checked out. Items returned can be checked in. III removes all pickup locations from the MOBIUS server. INN-Reach Holds are cancelled with no re-request.
April 29, 2024	All Libraries: AV Items Due Back. (AV Items Due Back, actual due date is April 28th, for libraries closed that day it is April 29th.)
May 6, 2024	FOLIO Libraries: Circulation freeze, all transactions stopped by loan rule end of day. All transactions stopped by non-circ loan rule. Items received can be "checked out" on paper/spreadsheet. Items returned can be "checked in" on paper/spreadsheet. Last run of patron loads. Scheduler jobs turned off. Standalone Sierra and Polaris Libraries: MOBIUS items still on the holdshelf from cluster or standalones can be checked out but will be due back May 17th. Items returned for other standalones can be checked in. Items returned for FOLIO migrating libraries are checked in and then the virtual record deleted on Polaris/Sierra.
May 7, 2024	FOLIO Libraries: Run reports of outstanding items/old holds, track from there.
May 17, 2024	FOLIO Libraries: All items due back. Standalone Sierra and Polaris Libraries: All items due back. Run reports of outstanding items/old holds, track from there.
May 21, 2024	Standalone Sierra and Polaris Libraries: update loan rules.
May 22, 2024 - GO LIVE DAY!	FOLIO Libraries: Go-Live Circulating on OpenRS. Manually recorded transactions entered into FOLIO, EBSCO will supply the process. Reconciliaton of checked out items. Standalone Sierra and Polaris Libraries: Go-Live Circulating on OpenRS. Re-enable loan rules to allow renewals and normal circulation. Reconciliaton of INN-Reach checked out /virtual records.
June 21, 2024	All Libraries: INN-Reach reconciliation complete.
June 30, 2024	FINAL DAY to access Sierra, INN-Reach before they go offline.

Notes:

Circulation queues remain active until INN-Reach stops to aid reconciliation unless a cost is involved.
Prospector locations also remain, to also aid reconciliation.
Reconciliations past April 15th should be on a case by case basis.
Prompt Colorado for return of MOBIUS bags.
Mid-February: Send out messages to member libraries of upcoming deadline. Aim to get materials back by mid-March.
After April 1st: Materials may be sent to MOBIUS HQ for mailing to Colorado.
After April 1st: Materials should be sent from borrowing library in CO back to the MOBIUS lending library (or MOBIUS HQ)
